1. Payment Terms:
• Payment Options: We gladly accept payments via cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Square, and checks. To secure your session, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. For bookings made more than a month in advance, the deposit is due within one week of booking. For bookings made less than a month before the session, the deposit is required within two days of booking. At least 50% of the total package fee must be paid prior to the photoshoot in order to proceed. The remaining 50% can be arranged, but must be paid in full before the delivery of your photos. Please note, Square payments will include applicable taxes. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your favorite photos based on your package, and we’ll arrange a convenient meeting to finalize payment at the session or upon photo delivery.
2. Session Details:
• Late Arrivals: While we don’t charge late fees, please note that sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, it will reduce your session time. You are welcome to reschedule up to two times. Reschedule requests made at least three days before the session will incur a $15 fee, while those made less than three days prior will have a $25 fee. In case of an emergency where the photographer cannot attend, we’ll either reschedule, issue a full refund, or find a suitable alternative. If you face an emergency, we will work together to come to an agreement. In the event of poor weather, we will either reschedule or provide a full refund.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the session fee is required to reserve your date. This ensures your spot is secured and compensates for any potential lost bookings. This deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: While the 25% deposit is non-refundable, you may reschedule based on the photographer's availability.
• Short-Term Bookings: For bookings made less than one month before the session, the deposit is still non-refundable. However, rescheduling is available based on availability.
3. Client Responsibilities:
• Outfits & Props: You’re welcome to bring your own outfits and props unless other arrangements have been made with the photographer. Depending on your package, you can also change outfits without affecting the session time. While professionalism is expected, we also encourage you to have fun and enjoy the experience!
4. Photo Delivery:
• Digital Delivery: Your photos will be delivered as high-quality digital files within 2-8 weeks. If you would like prints, these can be purchased separately and delivered either in person or by mail, with any shipping fees covered by the client.
• Online Gallery Hosting: Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery. Access duration is based on the client’s selected package tier:

Tier 3 & 4: 40 days of gallery access

Events: 6 months (180 days) of gallery access
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files within the access window. After that time, the gallery may be removed without notice.
• Re-Upload Policy: One (1) complimentary re-upload is allowed. Additional re-uploads will incur a $25 administrative fee per request.
5. Photo Usage & Rights:
• Commercial Use: You are free to use the photos for commercial purposes, as long as the watermark remains intact. If you’d like to remove the watermark or need special permissions, we can arrange that. Your photos will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. We also reserve the right to use your photos in our portfolio, on our website, and across social media for promotional purposes.
6. Privacy & Data Protection:
• Client Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. Your photos will not be shared with others without your permission. Any sensitive data will be handled with care and used only for portfolio and promotional purposes with your consent.
7. Dispute Resolution:
• Resolving Issues: If you have any concerns, we’ll work to resolve them through a friendly and open communication process, whether by phone, email, or text.
8. Limitation of Liability:
• Safety First: While we prioritize a safe and enjoyable session, the photographer cannot be held liable for any injuries that may occur during the session.
9. Safety & Conduct:
• On Location: We ask that you ensure the safety of the location. The photographer will ensure the environment is safe, but please exercise caution and avoid any horseplay during the session.
